1. My career: from public administration to major real estate businesses

I spent 30 years as a federal civil servant, always in strategic positions, dealing with planning, execution, and impactful decisions. When I transitioned to the real estate market, I brought all this experience with me—and combined it with a solid background in business administration, as well as postgraduate and specialization degrees.

But I didn't stop there.

I started investing with my own money. I learned firsthand what works—and what's a scam. I worked with direct acquisitions, financing, auctions, and other modalities. Today, in addition to being a broker, I'm also an active investor, with a keen eye for opportunities that many don't even notice.

This experience allows me to offer not only a brokerage service, but a complete strategic consultancy.
